Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of driving experience.
• License: From code 8 to code 14 Driver’s license must be 6+ years old or older.
• Age: Must be 30 years old or older.
• Literacy: Must be able to read, write, and speak well.
• Industry Background: Must have experience working in a courier/logistics company.
• Tech Savvy: Basic tech knowledge and ownership of a smartphone.
• Vehicle: Own vehicle preferred but not compulsory.
• Route Planning: Knowledge of effective route planning.
• Customer Service: Strong understanding of customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect, service, and repair your vehicle to ensure it’s in top condition.
• Safety: Operate your vehicle safely, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Compliance: Follow all industry-related laws and regulations, including licensing, permits, insurance, and tax requirements.
• Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by being punctual, courteous, and professional.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of work, including invoices, receipts, logbooks, and other relevant paperwork.
• Financial Management: Manage finances effectively, including budgeting, invoicing, and tracking expenses.
• Time Management: Plan routes and schedules efficiently to maximize productivity.
• Industry Standards: Adhere to specific standards or guidelines related to your industry, such as freight handling or hazardous materials.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with dispatchers, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and responses.
