About the Role

As a valued member of our Ground Operations team, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including pickup and delivery services, dispatch operations, and international and domestic shipping support. You will play a key role in ensuring that packages reach their destinations safely, on time, and in perfect condition, while providing exceptional customer service.

This role is perfect for a Code 10 licensed driver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Pick-Up & Delivery: Conduct daily pickups and deliveries across designated routes, handling both domestic and international shipments with care and precision.
  • Dispatch Support: Assist with the coordination and dispatch of shipments, ensuring that all items are sorted, packed, and dispatched efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Engage with customers courteously and professionally during each interaction. Address any concerns they may have regarding their shipments, and provide support as needed.
  • Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures, ensuring that each delivery complies with company standards and local regulations.
  • Time Management: Complete all tasks in a timely manner, maintaining a well-organized schedule to meet delivery deadlines without compromising service quality.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot any operational challenges, such as traffic delays or logistical issues, to ensure seamless service.
  • Station and Hub Operations: Assist with tasks at station and hub locations, including loading, unloading, ramp, and sort operations, to maintain smooth workflow and productivity.
