Positions Available:
20 Learnership opportunities toward the Occupational Certificate: Bus Driver.
Location:
Larimar Training Academy, Linbro Park.
Preference:
Preference will be given to female applicants.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education:
- Minimum Grade 12 with Maths and English subjects (essential).
- Licensing:
- Valid driver’s licence (Code EC, C, or EC1 0.4).
- Note: C1 or EC1 is not acceptable.
- Additional Certifications:
- Valid PrDP (Public Driver’s Permit).
- Eligibility:
- Must be unemployed.
- Must be younger than 35 years old.
- Must be in good health.
- Commitment:
- Willingness to pursue a career as a professional driver in the Road Passenger Transport Industry.
Conditions of Employment:
- Contract Duration: 12-month learnership (as per Sectoral Determination No 5: Learnerships).
- Monthly Allowance: R2,700 for the duration of the contract.
- Leave Entitlement: 15 days annual leave.
