5. Work-Life Balance and Compliance

   • Minimum cadence term of 2 months, with an optimal term of 3 months – designed to give you control over your work schedule and travel plans.

Working Conditions:

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive & Manage Trucks: Handle and navigate C, D, CE, (C+E) class trucks on European roads, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Cargo Control: Oversee loading and unloading processes to ensure cargo safety and proper handling.
• Compliance with Work Standards: Work according to the tagus, strictly following European work and rest regulations for drivers.

Requirements to Apply:

1. Documents
   • Foreign Passport: Valid and ready for international travel.
   • International Driver’s License: Valid for the European region.
   • Driver’s Chip Card: If not already held, assistance will be provided to obtain one.
   • ADR Certificate: Preferred but not mandatory.
2. Skills & Qualifications
   • Driving License: Must hold a C+E license for heavy-duty trucks.
   • Technical Ability: Familiarity with modern devices (smartphones and tablets) is essential.
   • Work Ethic: A responsible and careful attitude towards the company’s property and equipment.
   • Language Requirements: Ability to understand basic instructions in English or Polish is beneficial but not mandatory.
   • Residence in Europe: Candidates must be based within Europe or eligible for a Polish work visa.
