Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $24.00 per hour plus an additional $1.00 shift differential
• Overtime: Available for hours worked over the standard schedule
• Weekly Pay: Regular and timely payment

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Operation: Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks and trailers, in compliance with all CDL regulations and company guidelines.
• Trailer Transport: Move trailers to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner.
• Vehicle Inspections: Conduct routine inspections to ensure the safety and operational readiness of vehicles.
• Compliance: Adhere to all company safety policies, federal, state, and industry regulations.
• Equipment Handling: Ensure proper handling of equipment and products for customers in accordance with service agreements.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with dispatchers, customers, team members, and third-party vendors.
• Log Maintenance: Keep accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and any incidents.

Qualifications:

• License: Valid Commercial Driver’s License Class A.
• Experience: Proven experience as a CDL A driver with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Medical: Current DOT Physical and Medical Card.
• Knowledge: Understanding of applicable federal, state, and industry truck driving regulations, especially on public roads and private properties such as distribution centers.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks, including getting in and out of the truck multiple times during shifts.
• Skills: Strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to handle long hours and varying weather conditions.
