Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Driver Trainer, you’ll be tasked with a wide range of responsibilities aimed at developing and assessing drivers to improve their skills, safety, and performance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

 

Conducting Driver Skills Assessments:

  • Before a new driver joins the team, you’ll assess their practical skills to ensure they meet the required standards. This evaluation ensures that the company only hires capable and skilled drivers.

Training and Development:
