Job Summary:
Hytec SA in Rustenburg is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Code 10 Driver to join our dynamic team. Your primary role will be to handle deliveries to our valued customers and manage stock levels when necessary, performing essential Storeman functions. This position is critical to ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods, as well as maintaining an organised and efficient stock system. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate Delivery & Collection: Ensure the timely and correct delivery of goods to customers, while also handling collections when necessary.
• Stock Management: Assist with receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in the warehouse. Ensure stock is appropriately stored and accounted for, and resolve any discrepancies that arise.
• Route Planning: Plan and manage delivery routes to maximise efficiency and ensure all deliveries are completed on time.
• Order Preparation: Pick and pack stock for workshop and customer deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality control by performing second checks on goods picked.
• Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to company safety regulations and guidelines when operating vehicles and handling stock.

Minimum Requirements:

• Educational Background: Matric / National Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Driver’s License: A valid Code 10 driver’s license with a Professional Driving Permit (PDP) is mandatory.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar delivery role, with a proven track record of good timekeeping and reliability.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to Work Overtime: Flexibility to work additional hours when required to meet business needs.
• Medical Fitness: The ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including handling stock and driving for extended periods.
