Job Overview

The Production Transport Department is looking for a dedicated and experienced Code 14 Driver to join the team. The ideal candidate should be professional, detail-oriented, and committed to road safety. The position reports directly to the Logistics Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any faults
• Load and offload various recyclable materials
• Ensure the safety of other road users and comply with traffic laws
• Adhere to the National Road Traffic Act and Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness at all times
• Be available for long working hours, overtime, and overnight trips if required

Minimum Requirements

• Valid, unendorsed Code 14 driver’s license with a valid PrDP
• Minimum of 5 years’ driving experience in a similar role
• Excellent health and physical fitness
• Strong communication skills (speak, read, and write English)
• Must be motivated, career-oriented, and have great customer service skills
• Willing to work long hours, overtime, and do long-distance trips with possible overnight stays
• Hands-on and practical approach to the job
