BUCO is looking for dedicated and reliable code 10 drivers to join our team! If you have a valid Code 10, experience in delivering goods safely and efficiently, and a passion for excellent customer service, this opportunity is perfect for you.

As a Driver, your main responsibility will be to transport goods to clients safely while ensuring accurate deliveries, proper vehicle maintenance, and top-notch customer service. If you are a responsible driver who values punctuality and professionalism, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

🚛 Delivering Goods & Customer Service

• Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to clients.
• Maintain a neatly packed vehicle to prevent breakages.
• Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and ensure all delivery notes are authorized.

🔍 Vehicle Maintenance & Inspections

• Conduct daily vehicle inspection checks and report any defects.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and in excellent condition.
• Take measures to reduce vehicle-related costs by driving efficiently and maintaining the truck properly.

📦 Loading & Unloading Supervision

• Supervise and assist with the loading and offloading of goods.
• Ensure all quantities and supplies match customer orders.
• Prevent damages and shortages by handling stock with care.

📞 Customer Interaction & Service

• Maintain professional communication with customers and store staff.
• Represent BUCO’s values and culture in every customer interaction.
• Address customer concerns professionally and provide support when required.

Minimum Requirements:

✔ Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
✔ Valid Code 10 (Heavy Vehicle) or Code 8 (Light Vehicle) driver’s license (3501 – 9000 kg)
✔ At least 2 years of relevant experience in goods transportation
✔ Good knowledge of road safety regulations and defensive driving techniques
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow delivery schedules
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills
