Job Overview:
RCL Foodcorp is seeking a proactive and reliable Fleet Controller to join our team in Randfontein. This role involves supervising and managing driver activities, overseeing fleet operations, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transport and logistics, with the ability to multitask and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily fleet operations and driver activities.
  • Handle administrative duties related to fleet management and driver performance.
  • Monitor and track the movement and utilization of trucks via GPS systems.
  • Resolve issues related to deliveries, breakdowns, and other driver-related concerns.
  • Assist drivers with queries and provide necessary support to ensure efficient service.
  • Communicate any operational challenges from the factory to customers and stakeholders.
  • Capture and manage data related to vehicle breakdowns and other incidents.
  • Coordinate additional orders and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

  • Diploma in Transport and Logistics or a related field.
  • Previous experience in administration within a similar environment.
