Requirements
To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Valid Code 14 (EC) driver’s licence
- Valid PDP (if expired, proof of renewal is required)
- Minimum 7 years’ long-distance driving experience (anything less will not qualify)
- Willingness to work long hours and perform duties diligently
- Ability to follow instructions from controllers without dispute
- Experience driving Mercedes Benz Actros and Freightliners will be an advantage
- Must be medically fit (certificate required)
- No criminal record
- Fluent in English
- Age requirement: 25 – 60 years
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must provide 3 contactable references
- Sober habits are non-negotiable
