- Education: A Matric certificate is essential for this position. While a qualified diesel mechanic certification or a Diploma in Logistics would be advantageous, it is not mandatory.
- Experience: We require 3-5 years of experience in a fleet management role or similar, as well as 3-5 years of supervisory experience. Your experience in managing a team and overseeing fleet operations will be critical to your success in this role.
