Job Overview

Motus BMW Bloemfontein is seeking a professional and dependable Heavy Duty Driver to join its dealership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe transportation and movement of vehicles between branches, customers, suppliers, and other designated locations while ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect vehicles from customers, suppliers, and other Motus branches.
• Deliver vehicles to customers, suppliers, dealerships, and other approved destinations.
• Assist with the movement and positioning of vehicles within the dealership premises.
• Ensure vehicles are transported safely and professionally at all times.
• Take vehicles for roadworthy inspections when required.
• Assist customers in locating and collecting their vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle checks before and after transportation.
• Report all accidents, incidents, traffic violations, or vehicle damage immediately to management.
• Maintain compliance with road traffic regulations and company procedures.
• Work overtime when operational requirements demand.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Valid South African Code 14 (EC) Driver’s Licence.
• Valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP/PDP).
• Clear criminal record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
• Previous vehicle transportation or automotive industry experience will be advantageous.
